The HDU Customer Success unit is responsible for operational excellence in sales and marketing processes for the Heidelberg Group to enhance its competitiveness. Heidelberg's SHARE concept is the central platform for global reports and analytics and a uniform QlickView IT system for around 1,000 users in all Heidelberg sales companies worldwide.
Together with the HDU team, international market colleagues, the product and segment experts of Heidelberg AG and our IT department, you will develop solutions in the field of data analysis and processing.
Conception and implementation of key performance indicators and standard reports for effective steering/controlling of the sales and marketing organization.
Development of clear, easy to communicate reports in a global environment. Efficient communication and presentation of processed data and information.
Project planning and management up to successful implementation on the market including documentation and creation of training materials (e.g. based on eLearning).
Conduct trainings for employees in English and German
Development of new solutions for SHARE in connection with mobile computing and collaboration solutions.
Comprehensive expertise, you will act as an expert in the field of data analysis and presentation

Work experience in data analysis and processing
Experience ideally in international B2B companies
You are an expert when it comes to preparing and communicating information from evaluations and reports
Experience in the technical implementation of data analysis projects
Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, SharePoint
English and German (spoken and written), other foreign languages advantageous
