HEIDELBERG is going digital and as part of this initiative it further develops it´s Digital Marketing & Sales Centers. It has established HDU (HEIDELBERG Digital Unit) to lead that process and establish an global omnichannel-(direct)-sales approach with and for HEIDELBERG´s international sales-organisations.


We're looking for an experienced Senior Campaign Manager - E-Commerce to drive business within our digital sales channel.


  • Development of integrated, digital campaign concepts to generate sales and/or qualified leads at an international level and in close coordination with stakeholders from Marketing, Product Management and Sales
  • Operational implementation and management of these global multi-channel campaigns within the framework of the existing e-commerce platform and the CRM system
  • Comprehensive project management including the integration of all requirements, conception, design and worldwide realization
  • Coordination and management of agencies, freelancers and other external service providers
  • Preparation of offers and conducting of price negotiations
  • Coordination of internal and external resources
  • Monitoring success by means of performance analyses; evaluation and measurement of the success of Omni-channel campaigns and development of proposals for efficiency improvements
  • Adaptation/optimization of campaign concepts on the basis of these gained insights

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of marketing, media or communication, or comparable education with a marketing focus
  • Several years of experience in B2B marketing, multi-channel campaign management and e-commerce
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and project management skills
  • Focus on results, communication and organizational skills
  • Efficient communicator who can collaborate within an international team
  • Excellent English skills (English is the corporate language
